Tough choices: Using personal values to guide decision making (3 Sessions)The pandemic has created enormous stressors for educators and caused many people to re-evaluate their priorities. Many educators are struggling with whether or how to remain in their profession. In this 3-week workshop series, participants will engage in exercises and discussions to reflect on what is most important to them at this time and use that information to support decision-making to maintain focus or refocus on the things that matter most.
