What strategies do we have to manage it? And if you decide to leave, what other options might you have? December 16, 2021Dr. Scott Cypers will facilitate this once-a-month group to review anxiety management skills, but also to simply provide an open forum for questions about all things mental health related. This monthly workshop will give you some basic tips/techniques and give you a chance to talk through school year stresses. This month, the focus will be on navigating the holidays, spending time with family, and ways to survive all the hustle and bustle.
