Want to use the break to relax, recover, and to be celebrate and be jolly? Join happiness expert, Dr. Amy Lopez, as she talks about factors that influence our happiness, strategies to feel happier (even if it’s only for two weeks), and find ways to be more present in the moments that bring us joy. 6:30 pm: Managing Anxiety - Holiday Edition6:30 pm: Managing Anxiety - Holiday Edition – Dr. Scott Cypers will facilitate this once-a-month group to review anxiety management skills, but also to simply provide an open forum for questions about all things mental health related. This monthly workshop will give you some basic tips/techniques and give you a chance to talk through school year stresses. This month, the focus will be on navigating the holidays, spending time with family, and ways to survive all the hustle and bustle. |
